INGREDIENTS
- 2 x 80g slabs Cadbury Dairy Milk, chopped
- 1½ cups milk
- ½ cup cream
- 2 tsp red food colouring
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp. Bournville cocoa
- 1 tbsp. icing sugar
- Pinch of salt
METHOD
- Melt the Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate and mix it in with the cream until smooth.
- Add the milk, vanilla, cocoa, icing sugar, salt and food colouring and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes until the hot chocolate becomes as thick as you prefer.
